I absolutely loved the decor of this hotel. It had a classic and elegant charm that made me feel like I was staying in a luxurious mountain lodge. The general areas of the hotel were also very comfortable and welcoming, with plenty of cozy seating areas where I could relax and read my book. As a senior woman, I really appreciated how accessible the hotel was. The staff was always there to assist me with anything I needed, and there were no stairs or obstacles that would make it difficult for me to move around.

I would have preferred if the children working there were a bit more attentive and friendly.

The location of this hotel is absolutely stunning, with jaw-dropping mountain views and a lovely outside terrace. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. Indoor parking is available, which is a great bonus. The hotel's spa and pool are fantastic, offering a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The rooms in the old part of the hotel are warm, cozy, and cottage-like, with modernized bathrooms and amazing showers. The attention to detail in the restaurant is impressive, with great food and a kids-friendly environment. this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way and we can't wait to return!

The hotel has a charming and traditional decoration that made me feel like I was staying in a cozy mountain lodge. The lounge area was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful views of the mountains. The hotel's convenient lift and easy accessibility made it perfect for senior people like me.

I would have asked for a better vacation experience if the hotel had a noise ordinance for the kids playground located nearby. The noisy children playing late at night made it difficult for me to sleep peacefully.

We recently stayed at this luxurious mountain lodge and were blown away by the level of comfort and quality services provided. The location couldn't be better, situated right in the heart of the village surrounded by breathtaking views of the Gran Paradiso. The convenience of a protected garage made parking hassle-free. The staff here were exceptional, always going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. From the warm and cozy rooms, complete with modern amenities and incredible views, to the comforting and cozy atmosphere throughout the hotel, every detail was carefully thought out to enhance our experience.

We would highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a truly unforgettable stay.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The pool and leisure facilities were exceptional, and the spa area, in particular, was amazing. The location was perfect, with local walks nearby, and I loved the restaurant - the food was delicious. The cleanliness of the rooms was outstanding, and I appreciated the fact that the hotel had both parking and transportation options available.

    Nothing that I didn't like.

We had an amazing Xmas break in a cozy hotel surrounded by stunning snowy mountains. the staff were friendly and welcoming, catering to our every need. the restaurant served mouth-watering food, including fresh croissants and eggs made to order. the hotel was conveniently situated near the center of the village and only a short distance from outdoor activities, such as hiking and shopping. Our rooms were equipped with comfortable beds and had ample closet space.

The size of our room, which was smaller than expected for a triple. the bathroom was also a bit outdated.

Nestled in a quaint village, this family-owned lodge boasts of a great spa area, including a pool and outdoor jacuzzi. With spacious rooms overlooking the mountains, you can switch off the free but slow wifi and appreciate nature. Plus, there's a private garage and easy access to hiking trails.

Sadly, the restaurant staff's poor attitude towards customer service left a sour taste in our mouth, though the food was excellent.

Best aspects were the amazing views and fantastic location. We enjoyed the delicious food and the spa treatments were a highlight of our Easter break. The rooms were comfortable and cozy, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who made sure we had everything we needed.

The limited lunch options and occasional noise from nearby activities. However, these minor issues did not detract from our overall enjoyment of our stay.
